By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies referenced herein. Acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. pk3xx reserves the right to require written confirmation of such authority.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically. The effective date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision.
To register and maintain an Account with pk3xx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Age Verification: pk3xx takes age verification seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the minimum age requirement will be immediately suspended, all funds returned to the deposit source and the matter reported to the relevant authorities where required.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
To access real-money betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process, which requires providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must also create a secure password for your Account.
Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on pk3xx. Maintaining multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. pk3xx reserves the right to close any duplicate Accounts and to void any winnings generated through such Accounts.
As part of our KYC and AML obligations, we may require you to submit identity documents before processing your first withdrawal or when otherwise deemed necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification. We may also request proof of address and, in some circumstances, proof of payment method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. pk3xx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability may change without prior notice. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier and are subject to periodic review.
For reference, Pakistani users may find that bank transfers and mobile wallet options are relevant to their situation. Payment providers referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are mentioned as educational context only. pk3xx does not represent that any specific payment provider endorses, supports or facilitates gambling transactions. Users must verify the availability of their preferred method in the cashier before attempting a deposit.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You may only withdraw to a payment method that you have previously used to deposit, or as otherwise approved by our payments team. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your available real-money balance after any applicable bonus conditions have been satisfied.
Minimum withdrawal amounts, processing windows and any applicable fees are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request. Processing times are estimates only and may be subject to delays owing to KYC review, payment provider processing or banking hours.
Account balances are maintained in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless otherwise specified. All transaction amounts are displayed in PKR. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
pk3xx reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction pending the outcome of AML and fraud prevention checks. In the event that a transaction is flagged for review, we will communicate with you via your registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional offers are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
The majority of bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, maximum bet limits during bonus play, eligible games and contribution percentages are stated in each offer's specific terms. For illustrative context only: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30× rollover requirement would require PKR 1,50,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal — always verify the actual requirement in the relevant offer terms.
While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or wager as stated in the specific bonus terms. Exceeding this limit — whether intentionally or otherwise — may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
All bonuses have an expiry period, after which the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account if wagering requirements have not been completed. Expiry periods are stated in each offer's terms and begin from the point at which the bonus is credited to your Account.
pk3xx reserves the right to withdraw, withhold or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of promotional mechanics, use of low-variance strategies specifically to meet wagering requirements, or coordination among multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.

pk3xx reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its discretion, including where a bet is placed in error, where odds were incorrectly displayed owing to a technical fault, or where there is evidence of irregularity in the relevant market.
In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price (a "palpable error"), pk3xx reserves the right to void such bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. A palpable error includes, but is not limited to, odds that are materially inconsistent with prevailing market prices at the time of placement.
Sports markets are subject to specific rules governing result determination, settlement timescales, event cancellation and match suspension. For cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals — additional rules regarding Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method application, abandoned matches and reduced-over games apply. These are detailed in the sports-specific rules accessible from the relevant market page.
References to PSL, ICC, Pakistan national cricket or any sporting organisation on pk3xx constitute sports context only. We have no affiliation with, and are not endorsed by, the Pakistan Cricket Board, Pakistan Super League, International Cricket Council or any participating team or player.
Each casino game has specific rules governing gameplay, payouts and minimum/maximum stake limits. These are accessible via the information panel within each game. Where a technical malfunction affects the outcome of a game round, the affected round may be voided and stakes returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk3xx Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:
Consequence of Prohibited Conduct: Where pk3xx reasonably suspects any of the above, we reserve the right to suspend Account access, withhold any pending withdrawals, void unsettled bets, and recover previously paid winnings attributable to prohibited conduct, pending investigation. Confirmed cases will result in permanent Account closure.
All content on the pk3xx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and software — is the property of pk3xx or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any Platform content without our prior written consent.
Any trademarks, service marks or logos displayed on the Platform are owned by or licensed to pk3xx. Use of these marks without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk3xx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. pk3xx does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
pk3xx does not accept liability for any financial loss suffered as a result of gambling. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. Users should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. Past winnings are no guarantee of future results.
Our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (i) the total deposits made by you in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) PKR 10,000.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive termination of this Agreement.
pk3xx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via your registered email address or a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date displayed at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk3xx is licensed and incorporated. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Pakistan.
In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the governing jurisdiction, as appropriate.
